The company was created as a result of a MBO which was assisted by an external shareholder. We worked closely with management to ensure shareholder agreements were in place, and develop the business plan to secure funding.
We worked with management on the set-up of their banking arrangements and accounting/payroll solutions.

The directors of the business now have time to continue the development of the product and provide demonstrations to new customers, all without the worry of having to deal with the company’s finances. We provide regular updates of any potential issues and also attend the board meetings to ensure we continue to understand the progress of the business.
